When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 10 day notice before you move out, written or emailed.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise. Discounts are offered for long-term lease. Ask manager for details.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you choose your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm as long as you are current on your rent.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Cash, checks, ACH, money orders, VISA & MasterCard. You can pay with Visa or Mastercard directly from this website.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We sell a large selection of moving supplies in our office.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
Do I need to bring my own lock?
No, we require you use our high security locks. They can be purchased at our office when signing your lease.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
What are the hours of operation?
The office will be open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You can also reserve a unit online through this website.
